All our dedicated server customers can order backup space with their dedicated servers.
If you as a customer have backup space with us, you can only access it from your server(s). You can use any server you have with us to connect to the backup space.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Yes. By default we create daily backups during the nighttime, when the traffic and loads are at the lowest point. All backups are kept on a separate location from the other servers.
We can make backups more often, per your request, however this option comes with additional costs.
A server can be migrated, however as an extra service it comes with additional costs. If you want to know the rates please contact us.
Within 24 hours after the payment for your order comes through, Webo.hosting will make your VPS ready. In case of any complications, we will contact you through your contact information.
The VPS has an unlimited amount of databases. Meaning you can host several customers on one VPS. On the other hand you must keep in mind, that every database (customer) takes resources from your VPS (CPU/RAM/HD).
Please note that every database uses almost 6.000 open files on the VPS. Most other VPS providers limit the open files up to 15K. Webo.hosting doesn’t have that block installed (and is also not planning to install it).
You can control your VPS from your Client Area, where you can also access your statistical data and resource usage.
Webo.hosting installs Odoo, ERPNext, Alfresco, Magento or other out-of-the box software and optimizes it for speed. We do this by optimizing the OS layer for the installed software. It is important to understand that Webo.hosting doesn’t touch the code of the software itself. We always install out-of-the-box versions.
We can help you with the customization of the VPS, however this service comes at additional cost. If you are interested and want to know the rates please, don’t hesitate to contact us.
