Your domain can be easily transferred to us. When you place your order, just mark that you wish the transfer and someone will get in touch with you.
Services are activated within 24 hours after we receive payment. Normally this time is much lower and you can use your services within few hours.
45-day warranty on our services means that in case you are not satisfied with our services and ask for a refund in the first 45 days from activation (no reason given), we shall fully refund the amount paid. Reimbursement does not include domain registration and purchase of the SSL certificate, because these services can not be canceled once they are activated, but they can be used elsewhere without any issues.
